Help on Alienware M11x?
I want to buy the Alienware M11x(link at bottom; click review tab for specs) but I'm not sure if the processor is good enough. It only has 1.2GHz running normally. So i need your opinion on what i should do(pay 100 more for M15x or pay 100 more for a refurbished 13" Macbook Pro). Will be using this for gaming computer and basic stuff such as internet and school work. Really need your opinion guys and thanks in advance! (Try helping me out on the M11x first about the processor, then the rest)

Since you said you want as laptop that actually does something, a mac is out of the question. If you want to play games (not a chance EVAR on a mac) and you're not a 16-year-old girl, Matt, get a real computer, not a toy. You're going to need discreet graphics(NVidia or ATI) NOT integrated graphics, 4gb+ of RAM and an optical disc reader (DVD/CD). Intel chips currently outperform AMDs. You can add more storage later so compromise on that for price. Alienware laptops are awesome, go for the m15x at least. BTW, it is HILARIOUS that a REFURBISHED 13" crapple mac "pro" (lol) is still $100 more (not counting appletax, which could go into the thousands...) than an Alienware buttkicker special.
