Good condition meaning,tagged,inspected and titled.And in good running and safe condition.Repaired by a professional.
Shaft drive. No farring cop bike. Can you make a shaft drive into a drag bike. Will it pull away from the class competition?
Check with a Kawasaki dealer what a fair retail price would be.
I'm guessing around $1900.
In its day,it would beat anything in its class.
The new bikes would now wipe it out.
Decluttering involves more than just picking up a few items around the house. It involves looking at the entire picture and implementing multiple decluttering tips. When used together, these decluttering tips will provide an organized living area that can easily accommodate all of your belongings.
The basement is a common problem area in many homes. Basements are an easy place to store old items and forget about them. The reality is that there are many things you can do with basement space rather than use it to store items you do not want or need.
Evaluate the Basement
Before you begin to declutter your basement, you must evaluate your basement's current status. Take a walk through your basement to see what is currently residing there. You may find it helpful to take a pen and paper with you and make a few notes. Do you notice a significant number of boxes or items you have not use in years? Although you do not have to go through every box at this time, make a note of those items or boxes you know you can get rid of. These will be the first you go to when you actually begin reorganizing.
Also, note the condition of the basement. Does it seem dark and damp? Part of organizing your basement involves making it a more hospitable place. If you don't mind being in your basement you will be more inclined to take your time when storing things.
Get some Help and Get it Out
Depending on how full your basement is, you may need to ask for help removing items. Caution! Never move heavy items without assistance. This can cause serious back injury or strained muscles. Completely decluttering your home will not be finished unless you declutter your basement. Having help is a great motivator to finishing the job.
When you begin removing all of those old items you no longer use you will have to find something to do with them. How you get rid of them is up to you. Anything of value can be sold or donated to an organization. Anything broken and worn should be thrown away.
Clean Up the Basement
The next step is to begin the clean up process. Now is the time to go through boxes and remove anything you intend to get rid of. When you come across items you can actually use such as old pictures you have been meaning to frame and hang, they should be removed from the basement. Having access to them will encourage you to follow through and get them out of storage and on the wall. Other good declutter tips includes condensing boxes and finding new ways to store them. Wall shelving units are a great start to get things off the floor.
Adjust the Atmosphere
You may not think decluttering has anything to do with lighting and tidiness; however, they actually do. Once you have finished condensing boxes and getting things out of the basement that should not be there, go to work on the atmosphere. If light bulbs need replacing, replace them. Hopefully after having condensed boxes and moving items off the floor your light fixtures are more easily accessed. If needed add additional light fixtures. A well lit basement is much more appealing than a basement that is dark and dingy. Also, clean up any dust and cob webs. In addition a dehumidifier may be needed to adjust moisture which will aid in the reduction of mold growth.
Your basement is a key area in your home. Implement these declutter tips and notice the difference. Once you have reduced your collection of old items, condensed boxes and created a more appealing atmosphere, you should have no problem maintaining your organized basement.
