What is wrong with my new computer?
i bought a refurbished hp touch smart computer off ebay. Well since the first day it has been freezing 1-3 times a day and when it does it the screen gets like red lines on it in random spots and it will not do anything so i reset it by pushing the Power button in for 5 seconds and then the fan runs real loud for a little bit then it turns on. I really do not want to send it back so if theres something i can do to fix it i would be very thankful. Thanks
