Are there any good new laptops under $400? Or should I go with a desktop instead?
My Compaq Presario just died. I need a new laptop for $400 or under. If not available what PC should I get for $400? I am not looking for netbooks or Refurbished laptops(I never buy used).
I need the laptop or PC with a built-in webcam. I do a lot of conferences using a webcam.
