is an Intel Core 2 Duo Processor T8100 better or worse than Intel Core 2 Duo Processor T7500
and if it is what are the main differences if any?

Both processors do not differ in a big way..
T7500 has speed of 2.2GHz, 4MB cache and 800MHz FSB speed, where as T8100 has 2.10Ghz, 3MB cache and 800MHz FSB.
I believe T7500 is better processor. Greater cache would mean better performance. Look at details here:
