Peugeot 405 cold air intake?
Hello, i have a 1991 peugeot 405 mi16 sedan(u.s version). I am trying to get a K&N intake systems but it says that it wont work with the u.s version. Is there any way to make it work? to mod it somehow?
I'm almost afraid to ask, "why??"

Garmin 405 Forerunner â Review Of The Wireless GPS Enabled Sports Watch
The Garmin 405 Forerunner range of wireless enabled GPS sports watches offers two models and 3 colors to choose from.
For starters, let's get the differences between the two models out of the way. The Garmin 405CX is blue and has a removable wrist strap that comes in two sizes. It also comes with a heart rate monitor as standard rather than optional accessory and offers heart rate based calorie computation. Finally, its GPS is said to be more sensitive.
The Garmin 405 Forerunner comes in black and green with regular calorie computation and one size, fixed wrist strap. The heart rate monitor is an optional extra.
Beyond these differences, all models offer the same features. They all look like wrist watches rather than clunky wrist computers strapped to your arm. You won't cause a stir when you wear your Garmin 405 Forerunner after your morning workout to work or wear it to work to have it ready for your lunch time run or evening workout.
Garmin 405 Forerunner – Ease Of Use
Both Garmin 405 Forerunner models have only two buttons to push. Everything else is set, changed and select via the Touch Bezel. Beware, don't forget to lock the settings in place after changing them else you risk upsetting your program by brushing against the bezel on your run or during your workout. The risk is much lower during bike rides as you can use a Bike Mount to fix the Garmin 405 Forerunner to your bike's handle bars.
Standard measurements taken by the Garmin 405 Forerunner are time, distance, pace and speed. These are used for tracking your performance in real time against your goals for simple or advanced workout, for interval training and courses.
Heart rate training with the Garmin 405 Forerunner requires the optional heart rate monitor that comes in two versions, regular or with soft strap.
To use the Garmin 405 Forerunner models outdoors you have to set up the GPS connection before your first run. After that, the Forerunner's Hot Fix features get you off and running in no time when you start your next run or ride.
Both the Garmin 405 Forerunner and Garmin 405CX are equipped with biking mode, which makes them great cycling companions and even coaches. To benefit from these features you need to purchase at least the Cadence Sensor and preferably also the Bike Mount for the sports watch itself.
Garmin 405 Forerunner – Outdoors AND Indoors
Outdoors, the GPS capability takes care of things. Indoors, runners need the optional Foot Pod because the Garmin 405 Forerunner is shielded from the GPS signal. Cyclists can use their cadence sensor on indoor tracks, trainers and stationary exercise bikes.
In addition to keeping track of your performance, the GPS capability of the Garmin 405 Forerunner will also acts as navigation aid helping you to follow newly discovered track again without the need to remember landmarks and where to turn. This feature is also useful in strange cities as it can help you find places again effortlessly in totally unknown surroundings.
The Garmin 405 Forerunner models communicate wirelessly with all their accessories, which are ANT+ sports devices. Communication between Forerunner and your PC or laptop that hosts the Garmin Connect web based software is facilitated by an ANT+ enabled USB stick. Simply step into a 3m radius of the USB transmitter and your Forerunner sports watch will be updated wirelessly or transmit your training results to the computer for further evaluation.
